However, we understand that plans can change, and we offer the following options: Transferring Your Deposit: If you need to cancel, you may transfer your deposit to a future booking with us. This new booking must be made within one year of your original cancellation date. Full Refund Consideration: A full refund of your deposit may be issued if we successfully re-book your cancelled dates with another customer. This refund will be processed after the new booking has been confirmed and paid in full. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
